Infra that provide hammers/beakers in Feudalism keep the bonus on city capture even if the capturing civ isn't in Feudalism.

Out of interest, what happens if you revolt into Vassalage?

I'm also somewhat tempted to call that a feature...

You get an additional +1h/+1b (total 2h/2b). I didn't test to see if you get the extra exp or not.

BTW: I'm not sure where the threshold is, but with 20 cities I had one turn of anarchy to revolt. I thought the intent was to eliminate anarchy completely in favour of the long swap cooldowns?
