At least I know how air units work dancing

Any air unit intercept with a percentage of his current HP. So a unit with 100HP will intercept 100% of the time. A unit with 50% HP has a 50% chance to intercept.
Also they can intercept as many times in a turn as they have HP.
Only ground units with set percentages intercetp once a turn.

Huh? I like RtR mod, its just that you tend to make sweeping changes without saying anything first. "I've decided - no more active espionage!" etc

Gavagai's been logged in for 2 hours now, and razed a city, looks like a pretty big one too, going by the score. =/ Looks like we'll be at each other's throats until Gawdzak launches. Its been 24 hours now, and I think I've made peace with losing this game, so I will do my best to make him pay for his stupidity. Maybe he'll think twice about pickin' fights that don't need to be picked? (probably not lol)

At least this gives me more time to focus on my mapscript slash civ4 map cad tool that I mentioned in my PB25 thread, which I'm very excited about now. My wife's left to visit her grandparents on friday and I've already written a couple thousand lines of code, and she's gone for a whole additional week yet... lol

You gotta register at badgame.net, then its in the pitboss forum. I think he lasted all of like, one post, before he reverted back to normal Borsche mode.
