Give a map plenty of food, and you open up a players options of how to play. Limit the food, and you limit the strategies.
I've said it plenty of times, just need to hammer it into map makers heads on occasion.

From Darrell...
Quote:Sorry this is late...been swamped and all that. I only did one scenario cause it seemed to work out pretty good:
Krill - Iron Working, Construction, Code of Laws, Compass (871 beakers)
Square Leg - Writing, Alphabet, Mathematics, Calendar, Monarchy (884 beakers)
Darrell - Polytheism, Priesthood, Masonry, Monotheism, Sailing, Metal Casting, Currency (877 beakers)
After that it might be a Machinery/Philosphy/Civil Service swap, I dunno. What do you think? If you like it, I'll setup a three way e-mail with Square Leg.
Darrell
Something to consider...

(9:00:50 PM) de krill of Fronce: If you are there I'd like to discuss some of the infomation with youy, and I'm sure you'l be interested to hear about it
(9:28:27 PM) Luff hi: here
(9:32:34 PM) de krill of Fronce: Still there/
(9:32:53 PM) de krill of Fronce: ?
(9:39:31 PM) Luff hi: yes
(9:44:22 PM) de krill of Fronce: Still there?
(9:44:25 PM) de krill of Fronce: Ship[s in the night...
(9:44:34 PM) Luff hi: hello
(9:44:45 PM) de krill of Fronce: Hi mate
(9:44:49 PM) Luff hi: what is the meaning of this ... "Hi Krill,
did you send a message to ruff concerning some of our opponents and a certain behaviour in game?"
(9:45:07 PM) Luff hi: from imhotep dated August 13, 2009
(9:45:17 PM) Luff hi: guess he thought it was private but it is actually public
(9:45:43 PM) Luff hi: anyway - old news
(9:45:44 PM) de krill of Fronce: Can you send me a link?
(9:45:47 PM) Luff hi: what about pbem?
(9:45:53 PM) Luff hi: http://realmsbeyond.net/forums/member.php?u=24096
(9:46:01 PM) Luff hi: it is under your rb id!
(9:46:21 PM) de krill of Fronce: Ah
(9:46:29 PM) de krill of Fronce: You know whe nI asent that message to you?
(9:46:34 PM) de krill of Fronce: about the UTA?
(9:46:42 PM) de krill of Fronce: I had contact with you and you passed it on to Imho
(9:46:44 PM) Luff hi: ages ago and a different world
(9:46:49 PM) Luff hi: sure
(9:46:58 PM) de krill of Fronce: But Imho then asked me about it, but I didn;t have contact with Imho
(9:47:05 PM) de krill of Fronce: so we shouldn;t have been talking
(9:47:05 PM) Luff hi: oh - I remember
(9:47:09 PM) Luff hi: anyway - that is old news
(9:47:16 PM) Luff hi: talk to me about pbem
(9:47:30 PM) de krill of Fronce: OK
(9:47:36 PM) de krill of Fronce: Simple
(9:47:43 PM) de krill of Fronce: Darrell is trying to set up a tech block
(9:47:50 PM) Luff hi: already
(9:47:53 PM) de krill of Fronce: Yes
(9:47:59 PM) de krill of Fronce: I want to sabotage it
(9:47:59 PM) Luff hi: do you know who is in it?
(9:48:03 PM) de krill of Fronce: Yes
(9:48:10 PM) Luff hi: can you spill?
(9:48:15 PM) de krill of Fronce: He wants me in it. We have 1 or 2 non tech agreements
(9:48:29 PM) de krill of Fronce: but this is basicaly the same thing as the UTA
(9:48:53 PM) de krill of Fronce: Splitting hte tech tree up into thirds, fourths etc
(9:49:03 PM) de krill of Fronce: As I said, I want to sabotage it.
(9:49:13 PM) de krill of Fronce: I don;t want an alliance game, really loathe that idea
(9:49:17 PM) Luff hi: how are you planning that?
(9:49:34 PM) de krill of Fronce: I have no idea, which is why I'm asking you for them
(9:49:42 PM) Luff hi: oh
(9:49:53 PM) Luff hi: let me put my Japan hat on ...
(9:50:08 PM) Luff hi: ok - nothing comes to mind
(9:50:10 PM) de krill of Fronce: I could just say - no thanks, I'm happy to work on a per tech deal, but don;t want a close tech alliance
(9:50:18 PM) de krill of Fronce: and then I end up in a 5v1.
(9:50:19 PM) de krill of Fronce: again
(9:50:55 PM) Luff hi: well - considering that Japan has had no contact with FDR for the last 7 days, I don't think it will decend into a 5v1
(9:51:43 PM) Luff hi: so at most it would be a 4v1 with Japan sailing along unawares
(9:51:57 PM) de krill of Fronce: Still not the most entertaining game though, is it?
(9:52:11 PM) Luff hi: I have done strong blocks
(9:52:18 PM) Luff hi: my aim for this game is different
(9:52:46 PM) de krill of Fronce: Ditto
(9:53:01 PM) Luff hi: Q: what would you do if you had the chance to eliminate a rival early?
(9:53:15 PM) de krill of Fronce: Depends on the game
(9:53:42 PM) Luff hi: ok, say a game with 6 players in it ... you and 5 opponents
(9:54:22 PM) de krill of Fronce: I wouldn't see anything wrong with killing them, if that is what you are worried about
(9:54:33 PM) Luff hi: no, not worried about it
(9:54:38 PM) Luff hi: but would you kill them
(9:54:47 PM) Luff hi: or extort them?
(9:54:51 PM) de krill of Fronce: Kill
(9:54:55 PM) de krill of Fronce: Never extort
(9:55:01 PM) Luff hi: because ... ?
(9:55:18 PM) de krill of Fronce: When you negoitiate with someone under duress, they will only deliver their promises if you keep them under duress
(9:55:35 PM) de krill of Fronce: And in the early game you can never keep someone under duress.
(9:55:49 PM) Luff hi: are you sure your middle name isn't ruthless?
(9:56:33 PM) de krill of Fronce: I just know where the breaks are, and cynical when it comes ot human nature
(9:56:58 PM) Luff hi: what are you ... 24?
(9:57:10 PM) Luff hi: but, yes - you make a good point
(9:57:12 PM) de krill of Fronce: 21
(9:57:20 PM) Luff hi: oh dear - even worse
(9:57:21 PM) de krill of Fronce: Been playing civ since I was 14
(9:57:31 PM) de krill of Fronce: and MP since 16
(9:57:53 PM) Luff hi: ok - thx for the input
(9:57:57 PM) de krill of Fronce: np
(9:58:01 PM) de krill of Fronce: BTW
(9:58:09 PM) Luff hi: and fro the FDR info
(9:58:09 PM) de krill of Fronce: I'll tell you who the guy researching alpha is
(9:58:15 PM) de krill of Fronce: It's Square Leg
(9:58:30 PM) Luff hi: Japan knows of no such person
(9:58:45 PM) de krill of Fronce: The guy with the pipe that has funny smoke coming out of it
(9:59:00 PM) Luff hi: hey - do you have any NAPs with anyone?
(9:59:12 PM) de krill of Fronce: No
(9:59:17 PM) de krill of Fronce: oh
(9:59:18 PM) de krill of Fronce: wait
(9:59:22 PM) de krill of Fronce: maybe 1
(9:59:35 PM) Luff hi: the light blue guy?
(9:59:45 PM) de krill of Fronce: Yeah...
(10:00:04 PM) Luff hi: me too
(10:00:08 PM) de krill of Fronce: He wants to spam cities everywhere.
(10:00:16 PM) Luff hi: I thought it was worthless
(10:00:23 PM) de krill of Fronce: It prretty much is
(10:00:34 PM) Luff hi: but now I find myself sitting outside his capital and he has hunting as his starting tech
(10:00:40 PM) Luff hi: bet he started a worker
(10:00:45 PM) de krill of Fronce: Go kill him
(10:00:54 PM) de krill of Fronce: Not like I'll complain
(10:00:54 PM) Luff hi: hello ... NAP ... hello
(10:01:09 PM) de krill of Fronce: Well, I thought you were Roleplaying Toku?
(10:01:19 PM) de krill of Fronce: I suppose that means walking by honourably?
(10:01:22 PM) Luff hi: Japan does not break agreements!
(10:01:46 PM) de krill of Fronce: Then just move on and don't try to extort any techs
(10:01:58 PM) de krill of Fronce: He'll probably remember the nice gesture and be a good ally for you
(10:02:10 PM) de krill of Fronce: well, as close as you can be to Toku
(10:02:30 PM) Luff hi: and here I was all set on killing him
(10:02:41 PM) Luff hi: will have to reconsider now
(10:02:56 PM) Luff hi: Japan is also open to renegotiating agreements
(10:03:13 PM) de krill of Fronce: Remember Pearl Harbour?
(10:03:31 PM) de krill of Fronce: hirohito is a descendent of Toku, right?
(10:03:39 PM) Luff hi: well - according tot he movie, Japan tried to declare war before Pearl Harbour
(10:04:17 PM) de krill of Fronce: They hadn't invented good enough telegraphs yet though...
(10:04:52 PM) Luff hi: the movie said the delay was translation
(10:05:24 PM) de krill of Fronce: You trust a movie made by the US?
(10:05:33 PM) Luff hi: totallyt!!
(10:05:44 PM) Luff hi: just look what they did to all the Aussie movies
(10:06:40 PM) Luff hi: so - are you any further re tech blocks?
(10:06:51 PM) de krill of Fronce: Probably know what I'm going to do
(10:07:05 PM) de krill of Fronce: You'll here about it soon, anyway
(10:07:10 PM) de krill of Fronce: whatever happens though
(10:07:13 PM) Luff hi: if SL does land alpha first, he could lock someone out of a bunch of tech trades
(10:07:16 PM) de krill of Fronce: the offer of IW is always there
(10:07:23 PM) de krill of Fronce: Possibly
(10:07:33 PM) Luff hi: this is tech trading game
(10:07:37 PM) Luff hi: not tech brokering isn'
(10:07:40 PM) Luff hi: isn't
(10:08:00 PM) de krill of Fronce: true
(10:08:10 PM) Luff hi: and zero restrictions on anything
(10:08:37 PM) de krill of Fronce: That just means I can buy everything off you
(10:08:48 PM) Luff hi: or I could steal it from you
(10:09:02 PM) de krill of Fronce: Good luck, especially if I'm in a 4v1
(10:09:15 PM) Luff hi: or steal it from someone else and flip it to you
(10:09:22 PM) de krill of Fronce: Oh, indeed...
(10:09:37 PM) Luff hi: but I have done the whole spy thing ... looking for something different
(10:09:53 PM) de krill of Fronce: I look forward to seeing that in action
(10:10:12 PM) Luff hi: the something else?

Not sure I believe Darrell, but I'm going to play on as if he was telling the truth. Probably going to try and set up bilateral trades with everyone now...
Quote:(10:38:17 PM) de krill of Fronce: Darrell, you there?
(10:38:37 PM) Darrell Stogner: sup
(10:38:49 PM) de krill of Fronce: Just been reading your email
(10:39:04 PM) Darrell Stogner: yeah, I didnt have time to come up with alternatives yet
(10:39:23 PM) Darrell Stogner: I figure we got some time to has this out, since the techs under question wont be researched early.
(10:39:26 PM) Darrell Stogner: for the most part
(10:40:05 PM) de krill of Fronce: Well, for me it kinda sucks
(10:40:23 PM) de krill of Fronce: because I resaerch IW by t45, then can't really research anything for 30 turns
(10:40:36 PM) Darrell Stogner: that could be an issue
(10:40:43 PM) Darrell Stogner: okay, let me take another look at it tomorrow.
(10:40:51 PM) Darrell Stogner: I need to balance the earlier game techs it seems
(10:40:58 PM) Darrell Stogner: even if SL does a pure Alphabet beeline
(10:42:10 PM) de krill of Fronce: I think it may just be best to try to sort out bilateral trades. If we set up a 3 way alliance then the other 3 are going to set up a counter alliance.
(10:42:18 PM) de krill of Fronce: Is that the sort of game you really want?
(10:42:41 PM) Darrell Stogner: No...but if we start cooperating as 2, then we might get ganged up on.
(10:42:46 PM) Darrell Stogner: I think us three can out tech those three.
(10:42:52 PM) Darrell Stogner: We'll have the water wonders and PHI
(10:45:58 PM) Darrell Stogner: I put myself in the other players shoes, and I see the two of us trading a bunch of techs and nailing the water wonders, and I immediately form a 4 v 2 alliance. If we don't alreayd have a third player in place, I think we'll run into trouble.
(10:46:34 PM) de krill of Fronce: Why not just play a freewheeling game?
(10:47:50 PM) Darrell Stogner: That's fine too, but cooperation is more likely to lead to victory IMO.
(10:48:04 PM) Darrell Stogner: If you want to avoid a more detailed alliance, I'm good with bilateral.
(10:48:19 PM) Darrell Stogner: Just be aware as I negotiate bilateral with you that I'm going to negotiate bilateral with SL.
(10:48:49 PM) de krill of Fronce: I'm just a little hesitant to form another alliance game. I'm definitely happy to deal with you bilaterally (and you with SL etc etc)
(10:49:34 PM) Darrell Stogner: Okay, I have no problem with that. I think all the other players in the game our of a similar mind with you.
(10:50:22 PM) Darrell Stogner: I'll tell you waht, I'll avoid brokering techs you research with SL unless absolutely necessary to make a deal, and if that happens, I'll give you a beaker credit.
(10:50:33 PM) Darrell Stogner: That's a freebie because I would feel bad otherwise
(10:50:47 PM) Darrell Stogner: My kid is baning on my had to go on a bike ride, I'll check back in later

So I get a deal where Darrell won't go for Oracle. He set me up perfectly for someone to steal it from underneath my nose...

(11:26:50 PM) Darrell Stogner: and wet
(11:26:52 PM) Darrell Stogner: stupid rain
(11:27:07 PM) de krill of Fronce: I know that feeling
(11:27:36 PM) de krill of Fronce: I was just wondering if we could get a run down of what agreements we both have between us?
(11:27:49 PM) Darrell Stogner: right now just the one
(11:28:03 PM) Darrell Stogner: you get the colossus + CHR boosted henge, I get the GL
(11:28:08 PM) Darrell Stogner: assumign no one else claims them
(11:28:31 PM) Darrell Stogner: I think we also agreed to trading at least through the first round of techs, but nothing official
(11:28:44 PM) de krill of Fronce: OK
(11:28:49 PM) de krill of Fronce: nothing with ORacle either?
(11:28:57 PM) Darrell Stogner: nope, nothing official with the oracle
(11:29:13 PM) Darrell Stogner: I think we tentatively agreed to let one grab it, surely we don't both want to go for it
(11:29:15 PM) de krill of Fronce: Do you want something official with Oracle, or fight it out for it?
(11:29:21 PM) Darrell Stogner: we just dont have a valuation on the resultant tech.
(11:29:46 PM) de krill of Fronce: Well, I think we both want to oracle MC, right?
(11:29:48 PM) Darrell Stogner: I prefer something official
(11:30:16 PM) Darrell Stogner: Yeah...CoL is attractive to me but not to you, so MC makes the most sense. And it is the most valuable
(11:31:26 PM) de krill of Fronce: Well, I know you want to go for Judaism, want the shrine etc, so I'm happy to let you build Oracle if you agree to Oracle MC and then gift MC. I just don;t think you'd be particulary happy with that deal.
(11:31:39 PM) Darrell Stogner: not to gift it
(11:31:44 PM) Darrell Stogner: lets see...MC is 450 beakers
(11:31:49 PM) Darrell Stogner: The Oracle is 150 Hammers.
(11:31:59 PM) Darrell Stogner: On Normal speed, it will scale by 2/3 on Quick
(11:32:06 PM) Darrell Stogner: So 300 beakers and 100 hammers
(11:32:08 PM) de krill of Fronce: Would you be worried about me trading MC around?
(11:32:16 PM) de krill of Fronce: Because I'm willing to agree to not trade it
(11:32:32 PM) de krill of Fronce: That'd mean you can still trade it to 4 other players
(11:32:40 PM) Darrell Stogner: Im trying to value the 100 hammers. Obviously I dont want to spend 100 Hammers just for GPPs
(11:33:36 PM) Darrell Stogner: I guess whoever values the hammers less should build the oracle, because they'll value the exlusivity the most
(11:34:18 PM) Darrell Stogner: So for example lets say instead of getting 300 beakers in trade value from MC, you get 200 beakers in trade value and a no brokering promise.
(11:34:40 PM) Darrell Stogner: Thats a 1:1 hammer beaker trade which is actually unfair since hammers are worth more, but you get the no brokering and GPPs as well.
(11:35:00 PM) Darrell Stogner: Of course, this wonder has more competition, so that's problematic. Especially when going for early wonders like we are.
(11:37:16 PM) de krill of Fronce: Well, from my perspective it's not really worth me agreeing to not run for the oracle unless I get MC from it. Maybe I could trade something small, but there is no way I'd offer more than Hunting and Archery.
(11:37:28 PM) de krill of Fronce: Ultimately, you want it because it does help you get the shrine
(11:37:38 PM) Darrell Stogner: Okay, then I think we'll have to hold off on an oracle agreement.
(11:37:41 PM) de krill of Fronce: Without that you are going to be very slow getting it
(11:38:04 PM) Darrell Stogner: I'll be honest, I think that's in my best interest, based on my start...
(11:39:11 PM) de krill of Fronce: You sure you want to race me for Oracle?
(11:39:35 PM) de krill of Fronce: Because from where I'm standing it is becoming worth it to take something cheap just to mess with you Shrine
(11:39:41 PM) de krill of Fronce: and get me more priests
(11:40:32 PM) Darrell Stogner: I would prefer not race because its safer, however with my start I think I will win the race. MC has some pretty small pre-reqs.
(11:40:47 PM) de krill of Fronce: You're assuming I even go for MC though
(11:40:51 PM) Darrell Stogner: It would endanger Judaism, that's my biggest downside.
(11:41:08 PM) Darrell Stogner: Yes, if you beeline Priesthood and go for it right out the bat (which might cost you Stonehenge) then I would not land it.
(11:41:52 PM) Darrell Stogner: HOw about this. You are offering me a no race guarantee and Hunting for letting me build the Oracle and giving you Metal Casting. I have no problem offering you the same deal .
(11:42:16 PM) de krill of Fronce: I'm happy with that deal.
(11:42:24 PM) de krill of Fronce: I obviously agree to not trade MC to anyone
(11:42:51 PM) Darrell Stogner: I think you missed my point. I'm offering to not build the oracle and give you Hunting in exchange for metal casting.
(11:43:02 PM) Darrell Stogner: and I'll obviously agree not to broker it.
(11:43:13 PM) de krill of Fronce: I'm still happy with that deal.
(11:44:39 PM) Darrell Stogner: Okay...my only concern now is that we still have an agreement to do a round of tech trading but nothing concrete.
(11:44:52 PM) de krill of Fronce: Well, I'm offering you IW
(11:44:55 PM) Darrell Stogner: So without knowing what that round is, I run the risk that you shop MC around and I get bonked.
(11:45:11 PM) Darrell Stogner: Hmm...IW is not tradeable without Alphabet.
(11:45:33 PM) de krill of Fronce: Well, I'm always willing to trade away techs for items other than techs
(11:45:58 PM) de krill of Fronce: I'm also not exactly planning to sell the tech that holds the Collosus quick, either
(11:46:07 PM) Darrell Stogner: I don't mind you shopping MC around just to be clear, that's a perk of using the hammers.
(11:46:22 PM) Darrell Stogner: Right...there is that, although with our previos deal I'd expect it immediately
(11:46:55 PM) Darrell Stogner: Okay, so I'm going to agree to the deal on the table, with the proviso that we work out some kind of tech trade that invovles IW and ALphabet. I'll work out those scenarios tomorrow?
(11:47:22 PM) Darrell Stogner: How much would you charge me for a Great Prophet?
(11:47:33 PM) de krill of Fronce: Hmm
(11:47:47 PM) de krill of Fronce: Depends
(11:48:07 PM) de krill of Fronce: Probably trade it for any great person other than a merchant?
(11:48:23 PM) de krill of Fronce: Just thinking aloud
(11:48:44 PM) Darrell Stogner: Funny...that's what tGL will net me .
(11:49:05 PM) Darrell Stogner: Okay, well we can see about something on that later I guess.
(11:49:15 PM) de krill of Fronce: Yeah, I know that kinda sucks.
(11:49:42 PM) Darrell Stogner: Uh...just to scratch an itch, you aren't going for Judaism, right? It seems you have enough on your plate, but I thought I'd make sure so I can order my techs properly.
(11:49:58 PM) de krill of Fronce: No, I can catagorically state I'm not aiming for judaism
(11:50:23 PM) de krill of Fronce: I'm also happy to state that I'm willing to trade for Poly/masonry/Mono
(11:50:32 PM) Darrell Stogner: Yeah...I figured you weren't, but I wonder if Dreylin is thinking Hydra. He seemed to want Mysticism pretty bad. If he goes for Polytheism first, I could see him going for Monotheism fast.
(11:50:40 PM) de krill of Fronce: Maybe not masonry, but pencil it in
(11:50:51 PM) Darrell Stogner: OR is going to be huge on this map. I'll give you a Missionary .
(11:51:24 PM) de krill of Fronce: I might even use it

Hmmm...This is going to be a very interesting first 50 turns of the game. I need to figure out a way to get henge and oracle asap, but that also includes getting pottery and BW in there (plus the workers to chop the forests...3 forests to chop = 40 hammers remaining to get naturally).

Quote: (11:33:48 AM) de krill of Fronce: Hi mate, you around atm?
(11:35:43 AM) Squareleg: yep - how's tricks
(11:36:24 AM) de krill of Fronce: Tricks?
(11:36:56 AM) Squareleg: sorry, just a turn of phrase, how are things going?
(11:37:15 AM) de krill of Fronce: OK atm.
(11:37:54 AM) de krill of Fronce: I was wondering if I could give you a solid offer for Alphabet, if you are still inclined to go that way?
(11:40:03 AM) Squareleg: I am happy to trade you Alphabet, my only concern is that I am not desperate for IW... Is there anything else you could offer?
(11:40:44 AM) de krill of Fronce: Instead of IW? I was considering going for HBR afterwards, but any deal I do for Alphabet I want to include IW to some extent
(11:41:33 AM) de krill of Fronce: I am willing to offer both HBR and IW for Alphabet and writing, for example
(11:43:46 AM) Squareleg: The 2nd deal is much more appealing to me. Would the clause you mentioned last time about trading received techs applicable to both HBR and IW? (and Alpha + Writing)
(11:44:30 AM) de krill of Fronce: Yeah, I'd not trade Alpha or Writing to anyone, and you agree to not trade HBR or IW to anyone.
(11:44:45 AM) de krill of Fronce: They are called "No Trade Agreements", or NTAs for short
(11:46:53 AM) Squareleg: I suppose I could live with that. If the beakers are equal then you have yourself a deal, any minor differences can either be made up later or written off depending on how our nations get on in the future. I am keen to meet you as soon as possible in game though so that these deals can all be realised
(11:47:11 AM) Squareleg: Have you met anyone else yet?
(11:47:13 AM) de krill of Fronce: Yeah, I'm trying to get WB out at the moment...
(11:47:18 AM) de krill of Fronce: No, not met anyone yet
(11:47:33 AM) de krill of Fronce: just got a warrior heading don a peninsula atm
(11:47:38 AM) de krill of Fronce: *down
(11:48:55 AM) Squareleg: I haven't seen any other land masses yet, will try and get a WB out soon also. My warrior popped some maps but they were of my capital! doh!
(11:49:40 AM) de krill of Fronce: yeah
(11:49:43 AM) de krill of Fronce: I popped a maps
(11:49:49 AM) de krill of Fronce: all it showed me was ocean
(11:50:36 AM) Squareleg: typical!
(11:51:44 AM) Squareleg: Ok gotta dash. Speak again soon.
(11:52:17 AM) de krill of Fronce: cya

Overview of southern area. It's pretty nice, not sure what I should do with the city 4 area. It' not necesarrily a bad idea to split the fish between 2 cities, need to scout more to see if that is wise though. I'm going to research BW next and then go Myst I think, so I can try and slave out a settler for 2 pop. I can't start Henge asap either, I need a fishing boat for the clams.

Sounds interesting. Only techs I'd be missing are Sailing, Hunting, and Archery, which I can probably wrangle from Ruff one way or another.
Quote:16:45 Darrell: you got a sec?
me: Sure
16:46 Darrell: want to see if we can work out some kind of tech trade?
me: Sure
Darrell: Okay...so you have IW for sure. I have Mono and Masonry. I will also be going for Math -> Calendar due to resources
16:47 me: I'm considering HBR on my end
Darrell: Okay.
16:48 (opening Manual)
IW+HBR=450 beakers
me: I'm also wanting to trade preisthood, and probably meditation to you
16:49 Darrell: 590 beakers
16:50 Math+poly+masonry+mono = 550
250+100+80+120
16:51 Pluse I owe you 40 for hunting
acutally if we drop meditation from your side and hunting from my side it is a match
me: Works for me, if you are happy with that trade
16:52 Darrell: okay, so Math+Poly+Masonry+Mono for IW+HBR+Priesthood, and I don't owe you Hunting.
16:53 me: Plus I gift you MC once I oracle it
Darrell: correct
16:54 and I don't go for henge, oracle, and colossus, you don't go for tGL. that summarizes our agreements
16:56 You know, at the time I made that first deal I was thinking we were forming an alliance, so I would have some partners with guaranteed open borders for tGL. Now that deal isn't quite as good .
me: I'm willing to agree to OB
Darrell: Thanks .
I appreciate that.

Chats are about the only thing I have to talk about right now. I'm still trying to figure out a way to build a settler, 2 work boats Henge and Oracle asap, as well as fit in the tech I need. Cities 3 and 4 can wait, I need 2 workers minimum to improve and road to them.
