Yeah, he needs subbing out. It hurts me because I doubt I could think of something he could do to make his play work better for me. He's also my first target...fuck even swapping to an AI hurts me more than it helps.
I've been in game for a while workling out MM. Got much less time now after starting a new job, but I think I have it in hand. I'm planting cities on T72, T77 and T80 which should be it for a while. I can get the three silvers hooked up and worked on T79, T80 and T87 along with a size 1 granary and the cow hooked T82. I think Calendar makes a better target than Currency as it gives 2 happy and 11 commerce, and I should have the pop to work all tiles given improvement times. Main issue is I don't have Sailing so that delays Calendar ETA compared to Currency. Still, Happiness probably overrides that? I'm waiting on saved gold anyway so no need to make the decision before T80. Only interesting MM decision is that I'm probably going to whip JF into the ground because the terrain sucks. But hey, "free" workers. |
