Sweet!
If you have a specific naming convention you're trying to follow, let me know and I'll suggest a conforming name. If not, just choose your preference of Reagan (my favorite president) or Ryan (Nolan Ryan was my childhood baseball hero (yes, I'm old)).

Workers are being named after RB legends as i call them. We have Sullla, Speaker and T-Hawk so far. Bearing in mind i'm newish to the community so don't know some of the older faces. Thinking of Sirian and Griselda as next two though
All military is named after our lurkers, however, as we already have 1 more unit than we've had lurkers i'll name the warrior in our capital Ryan. The axeman heading south to aid Sumeria and braving the desert has become known as Reagan. It stands to reason we'll end up with way more units than unique lurkers so as far as i'm concerned we're happy for any and all requests or we may just choose random RB members. Possibly other players from the game...

Why are we offering England a NAP if we are planning to attack them? Other than that, I support trying to sneak info out of them. Had to skip the big chat dump for now, though. It's looooong.
Maybe I'm just suspicious, but couldn't we get someone else to tech HBR? In the event that the trades fall through somehow, we can't really make use of it ourselves, as far as I can tell.

A two-fer! Yay! I was around RB much more during the Civ3 days than for the current version of the game, so the first two of these worker suggestions may be a bit dated: Charis (awesome CFC succession game teammate), Arathorn (led a series of RB SGs), and Kylearan.

Hey, I know who they are! Mainly from reading older SGs, though. But Arathorn has started an interesting new game at Civ Fanatics. I don't think Charis has played much lately. Or at all. That I know of.
Anyway, no useful comments at the moment. I'm still trying to find time to actually log in and see things with my own eyes. Kyan: Aside from the Byzantines, who can we get as contributing allies to an attack against England? Our goal should be to destroy them completely, so the more allies, the better.
I'd like to take charge (whoa, do I have the time for that?!) of organizing and coordinating our attacks, so the more info I have, the better. Up-to-date maps of allied and enemy territory would help, so if you can ask for relevant maps from the proper people, that would help, too. (For example, if I know where all the Byzantine cities are, their terrain, and roads, I can better figure out when each civ's stack should start moving so that they reach England at the same time.)
Nothing should be left to chance! We should also get troop level commitments from allies, too.

Update
Incoming. Playing turn now then will edit this post. Expect a big one.
Ok, this will be done fully after 9.30pm GMT (i have volunteering first).
Reagan and Spaceman thanks for your contributions. Spaceman the next axeman is yours!
Reagan- our next workers can follow with your suggestions for sure. I've heard of Arathorn and Kylearan anyhow. We need workers DESPERATELY but struggling to fit them in right now.
Might whip one out at Exodus once it's size 4. Grr why do the other players have to make this stupid hydra.
HUGE TECH BLOCS RUIN THE GAME. We all agreed this in PB1- why are they so eager to start it again? It's pathetic but i suppose we should have all pushed harder to find ways to prevent this.
Inca think France are in the bloc. whosit, i will have you pics of Englands lands shortly and i'll also post the sumerian/indian situation. I'm a little worried Exploit might be trying to play us for his own benefit. BUT it will only be 2 chariots and a warrior we're using, if that can set-back India that's a plus in my eyes. I spent AGES speaking to England last night. I told them Byz tried to settle aggresively towards us, we won the spot but now their pwoer is rising and we expect an attack. This will explain both of our rising powers (as we know cyneheard is a c&d fiend). I may even declare war on them for giggles and to reinforce the 'these guys are disorganised tards' theory that i'm trying to spread.
I suggested a NAP with England because i'm being a sneaky sod. As part of NAP agreements we both agreed we need to see what the land between us looks like - land we can't see. england are going to send pictures to us which we can then use to plan an attack on them if that's the option we go with. An attack on England is not a certainty.
We have a few options at moment. Priority 1 is defending our alphabet provider- Sumeria. We will be, unfortunately, teching HBR as Carthage as working on it already for Hydra and as Swiss put it it's no good winning the battles but losing the war. HBR will allow hydra to destroy Maya and the like. Maya have only ONE warrior guarding their entire land which consists of 3 cities. We're that threadbare right now.

Y'know, with everything you've posted, I really ought to know who is where and who is allied with who, but I don't. I'll dig through the last couple of pages and try to set myself straight. I'll just make a nice list: Leader, Civ, Team, and divide it into Hydra and, um . . . the Heracles Union.
Now I see your plan regarding the NAP. Nice. Also, a faux war with Byzantine would be funny. Keep me updated on our real target. We may be going after the Inca? Not England?
As far as why big blocs are forming? Well, as I've said (or I think I've said. I've thought it, at least!), it's just natural. Teams will always form (look at PB2! Although there are other factors.) so long as it is to the individuals' advantage. Zero sum game. Even though people say that they hate big blocs, they hate losing and becoming technologically backwards even more.
Again, remind me on who we can count on to contribute troops.

True, a summary of everything would be nice - though with the way things are changing every turn that would probably be pretty difficult!
Also, I have a theme I would like for the workers if you would allow - as I was initially goin to do the military until those darned lurkers showed up ;-)

Honoured. Let's hope he is a right rabble rouser.
Sounds like you are devising diplomatic deviousness.
