Hey guys.

Just wanted to drop by to say ... new cities are typically auto razed by barbarians.

Many know that adding pop prevents this. What some may not know is that adding culture does the same thing.

If a 1 pop city jumps from 9 culture tiles to 21 culture tiles, it will no longer be auto razed.
