Hey, this is CML's friend with a windows machine who plays his turns. I told him I would update tonight after my classes but I got distracted making dinner. My apologies to everyone for holding up the game, it is not CML's fault. I unpaused and took his turn.

Hey guys - my laptop just broke when I tried to start it up to play this turn - could a lurker log in and make sensible moves for the next 2 turns or so while I try to get this fixed? (There will not be deceisions to make besides moving the scout)

Gonna need a pause, 40 minutes left on the turn, Ventessel and dtays sub left to play. I'm 26 hours from being able to pause.

Dtay's password does not match what's listed in his thread. Which I guess might let someone less spoiled than me move his scout.
I did pause using Krill's civ.
Edit: 37 seconds left on the timer. So Dtay's sub and Ventessel will have to do the pause button dance.

Anyone can pause or unpause the game. You hit the 'pause' button on your keyboard to do it. Used to be an issue if you were in a diplomatic window pause wouldn't work, but I think that's fixed in RtR.
When the timer is low, the main thing is to queue up all your orders, unpause, wait a second, repause - you can look and give orders while paused, but they won't happen until you unpause. That way you don't use up very much of the timer to get your actions done.
Anyway, I moved Dtay's scout and hit enter, and should be able to do that again tomorrow if necessary. Hopefully his computer situation gets sorted out quickly.

I would play the turn for Ventessel but my computer is buggy as hell when I try to launch civ. Maybe Taotao can do it ? Or a lurker ?
