I can play the turn within 2 hours. Drove back from Windsor and crashed out immediately in bed. Not at work today.

wine has suddenly decided to crash on the "Initializing" part of the game loading, every time.
I hope to get this fixed. I might need a pause. If nothing works, a sub.
edit: or a new laptop, I guess.
update: I can connect again, but appear to cause Out-of-Sync errors.
edit: and now it works! I've long since given up on understanding wine. I don't so much configure it as placate it with gifts and apologies.
The game also doesn't take 10 minutes to connect and load up the map for me anymore. Nice side-effect.

Hmm, I just tried to login twice and both times the game got stuck on the load screen at "Finishing"... I have no idea what's up with this, as I was able to play my turn just fine earlier. Is anyone else able to login to the game?

I missed the 125BC turn because of this. Ideally we need a reload to Dark Savant's logout
