When deleting Ivory, the UU of Sury is not available, right? That does not soud very fair. maybe put the ivory on the island.

Also, lesson learnt from PBEM1, make sure that the late game strategic resources are somewhat balanced. Oil (onshore), coal, aluminium.

I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Okay, this was a bit harder than I thought it would be. Making room for the sea meant moving players, and balanced made that annoying. First I want to post the starts to make sure they look "fair" before I go on to add the sea:

Bismark (had to move the furtherst, and normalize the most because there was a lot of tundra).

Brennus

Zara

Boudica

Looking at it now, I realize Boudica coudl go a bit N, Rome NE, and Sury maybe a bit SW. I've attached the world builder file if you want a closer look. Once the locations and capital environs our blessed, I'll add the sea and rivers. If you have an opinion on the shape and size of the sea, now is the time to give it smile. I am currently thinking burrito shaped, with a bit of a bend due to some of the leader locations.

Those are the screenshots after I moved the capitals. I didn't do any normalization except convert tundra to plains for Bismarck.

Per M-h's point, the late game resources (Coal, Oil, Uranium, Aluminum) are not really balanced

Bismark: No Oil or Aluminum
Brennus: All 4
Zara: No Oil
Sury: No Uranium
Augustus: No Oil
Boudica: No Aluminum

Let's see...Bismarck lacks Oil and Aluminum. Zara lacks Oil. Sury lacks Uranium. Boudica lacks Aluminum. Those are all easy to fix smile.

Any thoughts on the locations? Food? Resources?
