I'm not sure I'm of any help in my current state, but you posted the same image twice so I don't know what you're referring to.

When is revolt to caste due approx? From a quick read-through it looks some way off. The fish is worth ~6 hammers per turn, so if the borders are popped several turns sooner thanks to a monument I'd say go for it. Monuments are trash but you're right to want the fish asap.
Chopping monument first and then granary seems best (just make sure it's in time for max food storage). Is there a wb on the way from remote location?

I don't think Caste is due for ~10t, but right now everything is building Settlers and not much on Wealth, so things might become clearer in the next couple of turns. Doesn't look like there's a WB coming from elsewhere, so likely that will also have to be built locally. I'll see if I can find somewhere to do that, but the two nearest cities are scheduled to start building Epics once Literature is in.

t124 -
Speaking of Literature; Aesthetics is in and I have started the Parthenon in Kalamazoo. Overflow gets us ~40% if Lit and I could get the rest at 50%, but that would leave <100g afterwards and besides several of the Epic cities have a couple of turns left on their respective builds so I will hold off on that for at least a turn. +60gpt at 0%
In the East, gavagai is pulling out but there's just too many vulnerable units due to be in the area for me to cover everything. So I've switched the Settlers heading for My Way and All of Me. They will be settled in the opposite order than planned over the next two turns, but not worth taking a chance IMO.

Have now played through t128 (just played as a double turn with t127).
Here's the main foreign news:
Parthenon is still available, but the best news isn't listed here; Lewwyn agreed to a Furs-Silks trade, so the happy cap is up and tiles are being rejigged accordingly.
After spending a while scouring the thread to find the National Epic (Anvil Chorus still, I hope) I grabbed Literature ... only to find that WoodChopperBall was missing the Barracks pre-req for the Heroic Epic! So that's building there.
Worker micro has suffered from a few miss-steps but is generally holding up.
I think it will be 2-3t before I turn on the taps for CoL, but then a while further before Monarchy and then building up bank for the CS run, so I went with the Monument in Smooth Sailing.
Graphs on OT4E will be in next turn, but meanwhile superjm has started directing against us - or his Courthouse-fueled total spend is pushing the numbers up - so it'll be back against him afterwards.
Oh, and I think you've been waiting for this:

Awesome, we finally got ourselves out of last place in GNP! Great job Dreylin!
I'm at the airport now, and if nothing goes wrong I should be home in about 16 hours but I will not be in a fit state to play the turn then. Would be able to get one last turn for me and then I can take back over? Thank you for holding the fort whilst I've been away.

Heh, that was really to highlight that we were (momentarily) top in Food - helped by ~6 extra city centre tiles vs. gavagai.
I'll play tonight and then keep an eye out Saturday incase jetlag hits and you need an extra turn out of me.

Turn played.
I've cancelled most of the Workers, but left signs so you can see what is pending on the tiles.
Parthenon due in 4t.
This turn Superdeath offered 10gpt for the spare Gems, but I refused without sending a reply back. I had previously offered him Gems+5gpt for his Silver. Cairo may have a spare Silver hooked up soon though. Also Old Harry has Calendar so may have his Dyes hooked soon (I forgot to check this turn).
