Generally I'm leaning towards the southern approach because we have plenty of units approaching from the east. I'll probably lose at least the wagon, but we're going to lose units taking the center. I think at the very least the archer, Emeric, and the dragon can counter-attack and make things difficult for them to commit.
quick-edit: the dragon range includes the tile 1S of the bridge, so if they attack your soldier on the bridge after killing the wagon, the dragon can basically 1-shot kill whatever unit is there thanks to the road.

Using the Dragon and Emeric to hold the SE city seems okay--just don't forget Fliers can attack the Dragon (unlike B-copters/Bombers). Do whatever you think is best--so this plan has my Spears moving into the center?

Yeah, I went ahead and pushed towards the middle from the south. We'll see how this goes. I held my infantry at the center one more turn, and the plan would be to push forward next turn, tank a shot or so from the treb, and rush down their central units.
I'm in a pretty tight spot. I'm not super sure this is going to work out, but I don't see other great options.

So now that Sigrid has her Groove (and you can't bring the Dragon over for obvious reasons), now what?

Not really sure other than keep the dragon out of range. I'll probably move it more towards the middle along the water/walls where Sigrid cannot risk moving to. If I place it correctly, I can also prevent him from pushing too hard in the south at the same time.
I'm not going to be able to hit the Treb this turn with the Knight, but I can do some damage. Emeric, two spears, and a mage is enough to slow an attack on my southern city, and I can continue to add spears down there to protect it. My archer I'm unsure about - what to risk with it.

That's a shame about the Knight being able to hit the treb--I assume you plan is something like Archer kill Soldier, Soldier chip Spear, Knight crit Infantry, Spear moves up (back Soldier probably shouldn't, to make room for my Spears; send it south). Otherwise things are looking good on my front:
superdeath continues to spam Mages, even though that doesn't seem like the best plan long-term when they get wasted by my Archer and Soldiers. I think he can either capture the Village or kill my Archer, but not both, and killing the archer puts his Giant in a vulnerable position. At some point I probably should bring a Flier down/around, but I don't know if I'll do that until the north front is completely settled (I get the NW city).

Here's how things look at end of turn for me. That soldier is like 2%, so it's effectively dead and just in the way. I've arranged my units such that Bob's southern units can't hit a single unit of mine next turn - either in the middle or the southern group. He's going to have to choose whether to push them into the middle or push me into the south. I would guess he'll go to the middle, but he's going to have to be precise about Sigrid placement to keep the dragon out of it. I built a spear, wagon, and harpy this turn.
You seem to be in a really good position in the north as long as you can manage the giants. I think we're in decent shape here. At some point we probably need to get a treb to the middle, but it always feels like we have so many more pressing needs.

Are you sure about the Treb? Remember, the middle is flagstone so the Treb actually can't go any further than superdeath's currently is.

I'm not sure about it, but what do you mean by "the middle is flagstone"?

From the Wiki:
Terrain - Flagstone: "Accessible to those on foot or horseback, but no one else."
