Are we doing anything about global warming? Also, I can't promote SAM Infantry to Interception II. I don't know if this is specific to RtR.
I did not implement it in this version, because I didn't want to do any more new features in a version soon to be played.

Can't go over 100% intercept chance. It was an intentional change back in the depths of time.
Global Warming can get removed in next mod version.

Fixes: American UU (Minute man) upgrades to Rifle, not Infantry. Aztec UU (Jaguar Warrior) requires iron. |
