Check that it isn't in the base game. I think you will find that it is.
I think I just hit the point where I messed around with too many mods to recognize the original. Thanks

Ok ...
BtS does say 'requires mine' until the tile gets one
BtS does say 'requires route' until the tile gets one
BtS does NOT say 'building road (1)'
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

I wonder if this is new information or just making already-available information more apparent. If it displays that only when a Worker is actively doing something on a tile, that's Too Much Information. But if "building road (1)" just means "1 turn of roading has been applied to this tile" or "this tile has been part-roaded and has 1 turn left to complete the road" then you can find the same information (as long as you have a Worker) via the shift-click-cancel trick in BtS. Now, if you didn't have BW yourself while it was being mined, since you normally can't mine flatland, I'm not sure if you could have learned how many turns were left on the mine the same way in BtS. That might need looking into.
I continue to be seriously impressed with your bug-spotting work.

The turns is new to me. You could always tell if it was mined (completed) or roaded (completed) ... but only if you could see the copper. I think it is funny seeing mines on flat land ... which means there is a resource there but you can't see it.

I just tested it and I would say you are right about this being "already-available" information. But then I wasn't familiar with the shift-cancel trick.

Here was the plan ... whip out a few axes and park them one tile West of Section 31 ...
Where Superdeath can't see them.
I WB'd our cities and Egypt actually has a row of 5 lions ... but I (in Superdeath's city) can only see 3.
But plans never survive first contact ...
Superdeath went and landed a religion in Minnesota. Thus its borders will pop in 2 turns ... and my hidden tile won't be hidden anymore.
Update on Superdeath's copper ...

Keeping this in mind, here is one that does bug me ...
I get to the log in screen, select Mr Crazy Man and hit the red enter key on my keyboard (Civ just laughs at me).
I have to blue enter key for Civ to ask for my password and move on.

Unfortunately that bug is unfixable as the main menu is off-limits for me.

Superdeath double moved me again. War is coming ... what are the rules about turn order? Do I have to set the order the turn before I declare war ... or can I do it the turn I declare war?
And how did that border pop last turn?
Religion gives it 5 culture. City was founded T35 and religion was added T39 ... so at T40 culture in the city would be 5 + ?. Rome / Stalin doesn't get any free culture. What building in this city is generating culture?
Superdeath city on left, WB Rome non-capital city on right ...
Edit: I missed this ...
Code: 04/30/2020 16:40:38 40 Superdeath finished turn
04/30/2020 16:40:38 40 Miguelito logged out
04/30/2020 16:39:07 40 FT finished turn
04/30/2020 16:38:57 40 Elkad logged in
04/30/2020 16:33:32 40 Superdeath score increased to 148 (+8)
04/30/2020 16:32:51 40 Superdeath logged in
04/30/2020 16:20:51 40 a new turn has begun. It is now 2400 BC
04/30/2020 15:21:35 39 Superdeath logged out
04/30/2020 15:19:53 39 Superdeath finished turn
Superdeath planted his 3rd city. Obviously over towards the copper. I wonder if he put it on the copper. He didn't ... copper tile still shows needing mine and route. I have a few turns before his copper is on line.
Here is my bet ...
BTW ... how does the the shift-click-cancel trick work in BtS??
