Not planning on going until June. We booked a place on the northern coast and started booking hotels so that we could cancel if needed...then Omicron happened.
I'm pessimistic, I reckon we won't be able to go.

Put my house on the market today. Had 2 showings. Had an offer by the end of the day for 8k more than asking price, with no inspection, As-Is.. :>)

The buyer saw the house during the showing. They just arent bothering with having an inspector come by and nit-pik every little crack and dust pile in the house.
