Atlas Wrote:BOTTOM LINE- Buy tier 1 runes, until level 20, that is when you can buy tier 3, at level 20 start buy tier 3
I have totally changed my mind about this, You should buy runes, but only tier 1. If you look at the example above you will see that the Tier 1 ruin is about 60% as effective as the Tier 3 but at 1/14th the cost.
I recommend
7 magic penetration or armor penetration reds (both are 30) so 210 Ip for a ful set
7 magic resist blues 15 ip so 105 IP for full set
7 armor yellows 15 IP so 105 for a full set
health quints 165 each 495 for a full set
Total cost = 915 ip for 60% for the effectiveness of the 14000 I cite above
If you're cheap like me, you could swap the armor or magic pen reds for attack damage. They don't add a lot, but at only 15 IP a piece you'll have a little more attack strength for last hitting creeps. Even if you're playing a caster, you're still going to do be doing a lot of farming with your auto-attacks.
Another good option on yellow is flat mana regen. They're also only 15 IP each and will allow you to stay in the lane longer at the beginning, again giving you more opportunities to last hit the creeps for gold and hang around for experience.

Speaking of Mookie, we had this pretty awesome game yesterday along with Cull and kalin and Knupp. Worth checking out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwIPduPcDmg

We often play together using TeamSpeak for voice chat. It makes in-game communication a lot easier. Even if you don't have a mic, it's a lot easier to play and listen!
We use TeamSpeak 2, you can download it here:

Something wrong with this picture, according to Mookie.
5v3, we pushed all the way into their base, but couldn't get an inhibitor. Was fun slaughtering the poor bastards though. I should have gotten 5 Infinity Edges and Boots of Mobility, in hindsight.

That is pretty messed up Krill.
Also is anyone having lag issues with the servers lately? My friends and I can't catch a break.

Played some fun games last night with y'all. Some of you are starting to get quite good! It's a shame Sullla didn't have you all list him for referring you. He could have gotten some free RP or Skins or Characters or something at this point!

Yeah, I thought about that before I made my account and was going to offer Sullla to list me as a referral, but after my PM on his youtube channel didn't get a response, I wasn't sure if he was still playing and didn't want to wait before diving in myself.
To piggyback on Krill's post above, I had a monster game today with Singe (my new favorite champ) that we won outnumbered 4v5 from the beginning. Pretty proud of that one considering Singe is not an easy champ to jump in with and learn, let alone dominate with and pull a win out of an outnumbered game. Sorry about the quality of the text in the picture. I print screened then pasted into Paint which lowered the quality of the photo for some reason.

That is indeed a monster Singed game! Winning 4 vs 5 is always impressive; doing it in a mere 33 minutes is even better. Congrats.
As for the referring thing, I just wanted more people around for games. It was never about the rewards, so don't worry about it.

Besides basking in the glow of the summary screen (21/1/5 deserves some basking, in my opinion), what does the summary teach us to improve our play.
In other words, what should I be noticing if I want to get better?
