Check out what they did to natural wonders. 500 free gold to the first person who has the dumb luck to spot "El Dorado" first. That's equivalent to 100 turns of income at the start of the game, gifted out essentially randomly.
I am not amused, Firaxis. 
I think the addition of those mystical wonders gives you a clear indication about the 'mode of operation' of this development team.
Not something you want to find in vanilla civ game to start with + way overpowered. Look at that stupid perma double heal promotion if you walk the unit right next to the fountain. I have given up on this team, they are clearly set to please a different sort of crowd. civ rev here we come.
I crushed EMP again. The AI could put a decent number of units but can't use them. The AI does seem to settle more aggressivly (no one had a large number extra happy faces) so the last to diffaculty levels might be hard.
I wonder if the uber-natural wonders are only in the new-world. They better be. Edit: I city spamed by getting piety and then building Colliusms and Theaters. This is not as fast as before.
