Guild Wars 2 - Year in Review

The first year is complete. ArenaNet has released an overview of the first year with an interesting little breakdown by the numbers.

It doesn't surprised that humans were the most popular race to play, but norn as number #2? And the asura and sylvari aren't as popular as I thought they'd be either.

I'm as surprised as you that Norn are the nr2.
Although, warrior is by far the most common profession. Who doesn't like a kick-ass-big Norn with a greatsword?

Maybe I am more surprised to find mesmer the least popular profession. I might be a bit biased with a mesmer main, but I think it's the most versatile and interesting profession :P (and I find warrior the most bland one, and warrior is the most popular profession!)
