Scoring: Scoring will be based on technology levels in 2400 and 2500. Similar to how MOO itself scores tech, add up your total tech ratings in each of these years and divide by 6 (rounded to the nearest whole number) in each case. Then total both scores. If you reach victory before one or both of these dates, add one point to your score for each full decade between the finishing date and the scoring date. If ties occur, whoever has the highest in an individual tech in both scoring dates will be placed higher in the rankings. If a secondary tie-breaker is needed, then whomever won the earliest is placed higher. If all else fails, players will be listed in alphabetical order. Please keep your saved game file in case disputes or misunderstandings arise.
