They can probably build Pyramids fast enough that if they want it, they could just build it. Only problem is that they are commited to HR for the happiness needed, which decreases the value of every other civic. They'd have to put some serious thought into how to abuse either PS or Rep, but with an empire that is mostly grass land, and slaving for production...nah.
Same with Hagia Sophia, or Notre Dame (don't underestimate a free +2 happy for the rest of the game), they could be useful, but with stone and OR/Forges, they can get built quickly enough. Angkor Wat cold be useful if they really wanted that Shrine, but again it is a stone wonder.
It would probably be best to just save it and use it for an immediate golden age if they needed to swap civics, or rush Taj, or to bulb guilds if they needed knights (6 turns for Machinery, 6 turns for Fued, then about 1 or 2 for Guilds). Or rather, that is probably how I'd play it...
