Beamup Wrote:The Fast Workers road the hill NW of your main stack, which then moves NW-N to fork Athens and Corinth from the forest. Athens is probably the real target.
T-hawk Wrote:Corinth first (via roading the hill) would make for quicker logistics for the rest of the war. The main stack can sweep southeast while another army raised from the home cities goes for Athens. But the first target probably depends on which of Athens or Corinth shows less defense.
Ashain Wrote:Yeah but unless they have a lot more cats moving up from somewhere, or Athens is virtually undefended, they're almost certainly going to need the cats in the main stack for bombardment purposes on the capitol.
And this is a solid explanation why the above three posted shouldn't have been posted.
Adlain Wrote:to be honest, i dont see how thats a valid argument, they are getting spoilerish information by people activly giving tactical advice/ theroies in their thread. regardless if you think that was what they where asking for, doesnt make it right that they are getting aditional help from spoilt lerkers. personaly i took them asking for people to guess which city they where going after first, not "have a tactical debate on which city to attack first and explain in detail your reasoning so we can add your thorghts to our eventual plan of action"
One day someone will slip and suggest something that they haven't considered.
If the posts above had been posted in this thread, that would have been fine though.
