Rome and India have been repeatedly asking for open borders. Like I would do that being Protective.

I also find it strange that Catherine of Mali has only 4 cities.

Open Borders are often as much about feeling safe through vision than the commerce. On the other hand, canceling them is often seen as a prelude to war.

The calm before the storm. A galley with 2 chariots is also going along the coast to see if there will be undefended coastal cities.

It looks like I have achieved complete surprise.

I logged in to take another turn and I see that Rome has not taken a turn since I declared war. Am I supposed to wait to take my next turn until Rome takes their turn?
