Meanwhile, is literally everyone at war except for the Elumackoti Juggernaut Runaway?

If the war drags on too long, it'll cost him any advantage he got by going to war with me.

Looks like Grimace misjudged that pretty badly. When you're being attacked on both sides it's better to try getting peace on one side for 10 turns to at least give yourself a chance on the other front. Unless you're trying to die? He couldn't know it but if he had just offered white peace he may have had a chance, or offer up some cash to make the war go away. But demanding gold? That's just absurd -- this feels a lot like PB9 to me. When you're losing you don't get to set the terms for peace. shakehead

Ow ow ow. Lurker hindsight is, of course, always perfect, but that mistake hurts a lot. I think Agent is basically a non-factor from this point on in terms of anything but playing defense and trying to hold onto his territory. As far as that goes, though, I think he can hold out for quite a long time even with as many units as he's sent off to an untimely doom. Adrien isn't likely to push into him because of geography and CH has been pretty reserved in his warring, even considering how often he has declared and participated in a small engagement here and there. It feels like Agent will be playing out the string for quite a while here. Maybe he'll get lucky and a neighbor will make a mistake, allowing him to take the initiative and have fun in a war or something, but other than that I think he's mostly done here.

Hopefully they are going to start learning why most people don't wage many wars...

T160, CH, it's time for that first golden age any time now.... Elum is on his third and that production gap isn't going to close on its own. But with Liberalism going without any competition I don't see things changing in this game unless a few guys decide to dogpile the leader. It seems like the only player with a plan to win is Elum, who is walking away with this.

I love that understatement. Not exactly running away with this, but...

Suspect that Whosit is in for a beating, if CH gets off his waffle and pulls the trigger. Or maybe he's in for it anyway...I wouldn't want to be facing a rampant knight stack in culture-denuded roaded ground with just mauled keshiks and swords.
