OK. I've played my first turn and run into a hitch with PYDT -- I had set up the game using the Inland Sea map when I should have set it up using a Custom Map. As a result I've deleted the original PYDT game and created a new one:

And I've set up this game as needing everyone in before I start it (and I'm absolutely positive I had selected that option correctly).
I can edit the settings but can't upload the save until everyone is signed up. Archduke, we'll need you to sign up before I can get the save passed.  OK...I'll keep the second one intact, create a new one and we can try this again. I'm not sure where the ineptitude is coming from - this doesn't appear to be hard.
