Yeah I forgot we both have Construction, whoops. Good thing that didn't matter with regards to which tiles his units could hit.
I just gifted a 3 whip unhappy city to an AI in a sandbox and then gave myself enough great spies for city visibility. There are no whip unhappy faces after the gift.

The whip gifting works if the recipient is human or on your team.

Yep, there's the random galley I managed to get 1 tile behind with a screwup. So we put 2 axes on it - I think it'll work out fine. So the first turn drop will just be 12 2-movers (the axe is the GG axe and is 2 moves). Here's how we're keeping things together:
We can't even afford hammers, heh. Max commerce it is. Also, this makes me laugh:
Not only did the barbs settle the Worst City Ever, they did it TWICE.

We did a galley in WC???
With 10t of peace there's no need to build a 9th galley. We need units for the follow-up wave

Glad you caught this. Turn hadn't rolled yet, so I logged in and swapped it to an axe. There's still 20h invested in the galley - mainly from before the peace deal - but this ensured the chop went into an axe.

Noble, you want to try to figure if a granary is worth building? Will it make up it's cost in 10t? I assume Commodore is just going to rinse & repeat his attack

Only Lewger is left to play, so if you want those hammers going into something else it needs to be decided pronto. I seriously doubt the granary will be useful. Our finances are so bad that we're probably going to be spending 5 turns without slavery here pretty soon.
