Mackoti offered me this weirdness. Okay, but I'm going to DoW next turn and offer straight peace next so enjoy the fruits of Ottawa for a turn, jerk.
 I'm mildly okayish about my current ship force levels; six more destroyers complete next turn, although four are watching the pot out east so my final Prepared Stack For Mack is going to clock in at 44.  Mack, meanwhile, is gifting the fruits of his loom to some of my potential victims; I'm actually decently okay with this as it is; my objection will be if Macko opts to hand over the keys of some transports, as well.
