Frankly, I think with this much overlap in timeslots and 8 players, there's no hope of a turn/day anyway. All it takes is either Ichabod or me getting to the save slightly late on a day Thoth has to quit early, and we lose 24 hours, and it's similar in the first half, although not quite as bad. Suppose we just concede and shoot for a turn/48 hours schedule, something like this if we want to ensure a turn per team per day:
Quote:Ravus Sol (08-12)
darrelljs (13/17/22)
Mr. Yellow (15-20)
Mardoc (22-02)
Quote:Ravus Sol (08-12)
darrelljs (13/17/22)
Ilios (20-22)
Ichabod (22-02)
Jkaen (05/17)
Mr. Yellow (15-20)
Mardoc (22-02)
Thoth (23-04)
Sorry to be this delayed in our picks, but I really do want Jkaen's input. I'm afraid this doesn't bode well for timely diplo, either - good thing we aren't having any! (we did decide on AW, right?)
The problem with the two orders you posted is that day 1 and day 2 have the teams playing out of sequence. I'm not sure if that's a good idea (but I'm also not sure its a bad idea).
I think 1 turn/48 hours is all we can reasonably expect.

This is the way you play AW .
I am taking Arendel and Ilios is taking Kandros Fir, can we get the splits for every team. After noodling it over, I think Mardoc is rigth that we want to have two solid turns per day rather than try and push for 1 (which might end up as 3!). I do believe however we want to the order between the teams to be the same both days.
There is a large gap from Ichabod to Ilios, which is not great. There is a very tight gap between Mardoc and Ichabod which is also not great. Still, I think this will work okay. Optimizatoins welcome .
Our second pick will be the Hippus, just so you guys now. We are still thinking about the leader, but this way you can start planning and talking about it. Since we still don't have a map, I guess taking a bit more time to make this decision won't hurt. Shouldn't take too long, though.
