I was wondering what kind of mutant ninja samurai special power you'd managed to enact....

Well as the 7 came back under the command of Jkaenmaki, the troops were showing a diverse set of skills



And quick approaching yet more cities.

Jkaenmaki himself found he was seperated from the others, but saw the signs of civilisation off to the NE and headed off that way to investigate.

Meanwhile his collagues found themselves perched on the edge of the city, and with a brave charge the samurai led by Sareln ran through the defenders and reduced it to rubble. They then saw to their injuries as they limped onward SE towards the next target.



In the north however a steady stream of acrhers tried to flock towards the city which Bobiro had laid siege to almost single handedly. Finally though with reinforcements in toe, the assault was sounded and the city fell just as night fall approached.

With targets set for all 7 samurai, the city continued to tick over, with the great monument that Bobiro had started put on hold while the workers build a new building to hold the various scrolls they had gathered over the years, and researched headed off to see if they could find evidence of any new metals in the surrounding coutnryside.

This is getting to be a bit easy, we have a huge area for our ally to grow into, and currently the samurai are unstoppable.

Given most of our remotely hard battles are against cities, its Sarelns 3 city raider promotions that are working out by far the most power right now. I even promoted him to anti archer as I keep forgetting this is a competition

Also I forgot how long it takes to improve resources in epic, took most of my turn for 2 works to improve 1 farm.

Given any downtime in my next set I am very tempted to just try and crank out workers for our ally

Tech wise I almost headed towards the top of the tree to cancel all our happiness issues for good, but decided a quick stop off at iron was worthwhile

Oh forgot we found the 5th civ, and I also have forgot to check who wipes out civs (which we get points for) so since that will happen again in the next few turn sets, make sure to keep track

You guys just aren't trying to win enough. If I were playing, the other samurai would have had some unfortunate accidents by now.

P.S. What's up with not taking more drill promos?

"Unfortunate accidents" give a most dishonorable -15% score penalty


Although that hasn't stopped most of us from taking 80% odds or so battles; I'm kind of surprised that nobody had died yet.
