I'm eastern daylight time. Play windows are from Midnight to 2 am and 10 am until noon edt. (gmt - 4 iirc ) . Playing between Yuris and Commodore seemed to work OK in 68.
Pin: 0200-0600 UTC from PB65 sign up spreadsheet.

From PB68 signup thread
Looking at this: we could slot Thoth in between Bing and I? All time UTC.
Pin 0300-0600
Bing 0600-1400
Thoth 1400-1600
Krill 1700-(1930-2000ish)
Com 1930-2130
Yuris 2130-0000
SD 0000-0300
If everyone can confirm this works for them we can lock the turn order down.

Bing confirmed his times lots and Thoth has exactly what he asked for so just need Pin to confirm his slot is OK.

That works for me. I really have opportunity to play for a lot of the day now, but 0000-0600 are my evening hours

Let's consider this turn order locked in, so now just need the starting screenshot.
I'm not sure where Bing is but it looks like the turn will be bounced over the Atlantic at least four times per day. If we are all at our desks working from home we may get significant additional speed but I doubt that happens more than twice.
Furthermore if yuri passes the turn by 2300 UTC then the turn could pass through back to Thoth by 0100 UTC in his evening window and then I think we could see about two turns per day, in the early game.

I usually can pick up the turn within an hour or two of receiving it, passing it on by 2300 shouldn't be a problem
