Especially if you want seven workers and a scouting galley.

Glad I am not bugging you. I changed it.
I've actually spent more time thinking about your PBEM than I have planning my own. I never took the time to sandbox my own game, but once I played around with yours, I realized how much there was to learn from doing that. Mainly because I never replay the exact same scenario in different ways, I could never fully appreciate the value minor MM changes (and damage of mistakes) make in the larger overall picture.
Long story short, I am looking forward to learning a lot from this game.

Okay, so the scouting Warrior reveals nothing new:
Blanka, our new Worker moves SW and pumps a turn into the cottage. He'll hit the Corn next turn obviously. Poor regoarrarr is the only one who hasn't discovered a tech yet .
And finally, the obligatory C&D screen:
With the micro plan set for some time however, I actually plan on going through all the old saves and drawing some conclusions. I've even setup a sandbox for each of my opponents .
You know, I guess our micro was slightly different after all. I did the rice tile first since I could get it farmed one turn faster.

Current theory Novice - Settled in place, working Corn, researching Agriculture, building a Worker. On t2 his border pops and he swapped to a pfh.
Kyan - Settled plains hill, working Rice, researching Animal Husbandry, building a Worker.
Rego - Settled W of Corn, working pfh, building Worker, researching Mining.
Shoot - Settled plains hill, working Rice, researching Mining, building a Worker. On t4 his border pops and he swapped to a pf.
Once I was able to figure out what Novice did, I had a turn where I knew the max GNP was 21, the min was 16, and the average was 18. Knowing Novice was 18, and knowing (Google found a CFC post) that the floor() routine is used when computing average, I determined the unknown data point had a range of 17-20. From there I could play with my tile assignments, and making the assumption () that I'm ranked behind any civ I'm tied with, I concluded one civ was >= 19 and 2 were >= 18. The only set that fits all this information is {16, 17, 18, 21}. Using similar tactics I could determine the production was {4, 4, 2, 2} on that same turn. Using my individual sandbox for each player and some "logic" the only realistic scenario that fits is what I have above.
There are so many assumptions behind this (including that the start is identical), I'm not sure how much faith I put in it right now. Anyway, I have a tracking spreadsheet, I should be caught up to the current turn fairly soon. It will be interesting to see what really happened and how close I came to figuring it out .

This is the hard part.
Those playing or DL'ing in RBP4 should turn away now:
Who can predict when some dope will move off of a beautiful starting position to settle on a crap coastal tile? When real people are involved, you never know what kind of may occur
