Why does a tech (Corporation) require a civic (Representation)? I assume that's a typo and you meant nationalism or something.

Just out of curiosity why was the old RBmod 1.x Fin 3+ on land, 2+ on water scrapped?

Wasn't really a nerf to FIN. I played it in PBEM20 and fucked around, losing only because of oil screw ups...like in PB18...Seems we don't always learn.
Truth be told if Colossus could be made into a national wonder instead of introducing quays then that would be fine. Would Blitz fix the situation? If so then sounds great! Not sure how I feel about Colossus 'National Wonder' yet ... I'll have to look up what a Quay is, but I'm not sure why 'Customs House' couldn't have the Quay effect. Alternatively the building could just be the good ole Civ III 'Commercial Harbor' at, say, Industrialism. |
