How do I use this sandbox? I tried to start it as a custom scenario but I still can't change the leader and civ.

You load it by Play a Scenerio, but you gotta change the leader in the actual save file, unfortunately. I don't know else how to do it so that you can change the leader with a selection box from a fixed map. Look for these lines:

    LeaderType=LEADER_DARIUS
    CivType=CIVILIZATION_EGYPT

and change that to, for example:

Code:

    LeaderType=LEADER_KUBLAI_KHAN
    CivType=CIVILIZATION_SPAIN

Ugh, changing the leader/civ through the files doesn't change starting techs.

EDIT: You can change them manually in worldbuilder once in-game. Just don't forget or you'll feel silly :P
