So lets go over what possibly went bad.

1) AP and UOS: I fear that they were not worth it. The hammers from those wonders along with temples and monasteries should have been units and multipliers instead. The problem was that I was too slow to spread my religion. Maybe I will reconsider them if I do lose the Kremlin, which is the real powerhouse wonder in this setup that favors heavy whipping.
2) Econ merchant: Should have let yuris just have it because then otherwise, I would have not been in this dreadful tech race for the GSpy and the Kremlin, which makes the 1) problem really bad. However, maybe he beats me to them if I let him start his GA early?
3) Whipping and drafting so much during GAs: No choice due to Commodore's power but see 1).
4) Not going on offensive and letting neighbors reach tech parity: Well I plan on correcting this with Cavs and drydock fueled SoLs.
5) Not cottaging capital early because I was saving forests for the MoM build: Really bad habit but how can I break it...
6) Random hammers everywhere: For example, right now I have hammers in muskets/grens/frigates right now, which is bad since I forsee only whipping cavs and SoLs for a while.

7) Missing out on Sistine Chapel: Now I have to pursue a bloody victory condition.

Thanks ipecac. I would be happy to as well as soon as 76 is over with. Got Kremlin. Here are some pics. Now I know Commodore is feeling combustion, which I would do as well in his position but I can’t let him wield destroyers. On the other hand, I should finish AI off and get some land for myself. Can support navy with blimps I realized. Strongly considering firing the 5th GA ASAP to get to combustion faster. Yuris can also research steel and RP.

Cash rushed some cheap buildings at smaller cities. Ready for the civic changes next turn where I will whip out a bunch of drydocks. Oh got the GM in the mid city where it was a coinflip for the GE as well. Will see if I can get GE at cap at a 33% chance.

Comm got RP and Yuris got constitution.

Swapped to PS, Vassalage, and Slavery. Hopefully I can be done with infrabuilding soon so I can adopt bureaucracy and theocracy instead. On the other hand, can keep OR if I can get pentagon.

after my GA, I am making about 850gpt, which makes breakeven about 65%. This will get better after I whip more markets and grocers at the core cities. I think I have to seriously consider whether to start my 5th GA, rush to destroyers, and take commodore out.

I need to eat AI fast before yuris does. Did get a 30% GE so at the next GA, founding mining and adopting Free Market

EDIT: Considering how many GEs were born, I will start my GA next turn and build wealth to 4 tun RR

EDIT2: Forgot that you need to research corporation as well and I will have to double check next turn to make sure that no one else researched it.
