The Seven Samurai- A Most Honorable Competitive SG

You'd think something with two variations of "anger" in the title would have more pizzazz.

P.S. Sissy medic, please hurry up & play your set, so that we may eagerly scoff at your inability to move quickly and kill bandits.

Unfortunately, my eyes were glazing over by the second paragraph.

Sit next to Ichabod while you read it. He seems to have amazing restorative properties. jive

Sorry for the delay. I'll try to tackle this during lunch, since I wasn't able to do it during the night (I was not feeling so well - yes, Oh, the irony).

We're all healthier now since there's been no movement. :snicker:

Spoiler...not for active players:

I laughed out loud when I saw that Bobiro has "Charge." Bring on the catapults! Of course, if any active player reads this, I'm going to get that and worse. bang

Turnset 2: The beggining of a new journey...

After razing a poor village of the peace loving Mongolians, Fusajironstar Yamauchi was struck by a blow. But not one of solid, ice cold, steel. Way worse than that: a blow delivered by his own mind.

Not knowing what to do, he had to stop and meditate about his condition and about the path he had been trailing so far. He looked at the nearby mountains and, amazed by their beauty, decided that was a good place for contemplation and meditation.

Itto Ittomise, the renegate Samurai, the one that despised the Bushido and worshipped Sake instead, was last found torturing in several different ways the poor peasants of the Dutch empire. What a despicable man...

The swords hardly were used during those days. Only one of the 7 legendary Samurai was still fighting, trying to find a way to keep improving. The most beloved of them all, Hon'iden Matahachibod, that always cared more for the others than himself, was fighting an internal conflict. He needed to improve and he needed to do it fast. He was falling behind his partners and the shame was starting to become unbereable...

There was only one way to do it: the pain is the one to teach us how to groan.

The dutch archers stood there, estoic. They were defending their families, their country. They would fight until the end, with all their strenght. But in Matahachibod's eyes, red with blood, they were only another of the circles in the spiral of death.

He charged!

A magnificent victory thought Ichabod how to heal his wounds while still moving, without needing any time to rest. Soon, he was ready for more.

ATTACK!!!

...

In his last moment, Matahachibod asked himself: What is the meaning of the word invencible? Why couldn't he figure it out...?

---

Poor Matahachibod died without knowing that invencible is just a word. Meaningless, like all existence. The same as the silence in which he now was...

In distant lands, the spiral kept on going... The blood wouldn't be allowed to dry...
