Looks like it, might be busy and just rushing turns. I'd burn it personally, but I'm on the aggressive end of the player scale

I see 4 options basically.

1) (Attempt to) burn it with malice. Reasoning: Hoping your opponent doesn't notice your impending attack is a legitimate and oft-used tactic.

2) Contact him privately to notify him of the situation and suggest he ask for a rollback. Reasoning: it's better for the game if we roll back extraordinarily dumb moves.

3) Burn it under the assumption that Dazed may request for it to be rolled back when he sees it, possibly even sending him a suggestion to do this with the save. Reasoning: As 2, but also, opening the save to see his capital gone would be an experience not worth missing.

4) Post of the situation publicly and get the opinions of the other players. Reasoning: as 2, except noting that Dazed and I don't have monopoly say over what's good for the game, and valuing the other players' opinions more highly than keeping strict radio silence as per the diplo rules.

5) Do something else with the chariot. Reasoning: a city capture would likely be rewound, possibly resulting in the death of the chariot, but I could do pretty much anything else (pillage a village, or kill a worker, for example) and keep the gains.

Kill the worker. You'll probably feel better for doing it and have more fun in the long run.

Sucks for dazed but he probably should be paying some attention. It's an AW toroid game, man. Capital super exposed and don't even stack two or three cheap warriors? Not even a sentry? I'd go for it, honestly, but I'm not playing the game. Lurker opinion and all that.
