I don't think he is doing this purposefully, but any aware reader will know what was the original message about after this.

FWIW I think it reads like he's replying to the person who spotted his mistake, not to the person who's involved in his situation. But I'm sure it could put the idea in people's minds so yeah...

Dalphir feels quite a rookie so I probably misjudged his "timer shanigans" and they were actually just him playing without giving much thought to turn order. This turn he had played the turn and ended it early. Then I played my turn and ended it. After this he logged in again and moved a unit out of the city. This is totally ok to me, since it either gives me the freedom to choose whichever side of the turn I like or alternatively indicates that I actually should be acting 1st. I don't know. I guess I'll just play next turn when I get 1st chance and not give any thought to the turn order. Naturally after war declaration neither of us should act out of order.
Maybe some of you could give your opinion about this and possibly educate Dalphir a bit so that he knows what can happen when you act out of order in peace time, when there is potential war declaration coming.

Dhalphir's part of our Pitboss 14 team, so I can try and let him know about some stuff there, if needed. (Just let me know.)

And the actual decision to move was bad. I guess this means he can't get another defender to the city, but now he exchanged a x% chance to keep the city to 100% of losing it. Also in a case I would have won the battle that warrior would probably got few hits in that would delay my progress afterwards.

After thinking it is probably best not to say anything. This is messy enough as is. I probably should have just declared this turn after him to avoid problems like this. He had all the rights to move after me since those moves wouldn't be a double move. However he is giving me a right to act next turn either before or after him that is potentially a big drawback to him e.g. in case he could have got an extra defender to the city, if acting 1st.

Situation is pretty simple. Good guess is that he'll whip Archer next turn from Sakuras so I'll face that + some warriors. City probably won't fall so my best cource of action is to start pillaging or ask for peace. No matter what I'll check next turn what he has inside Shakuras and can have 3 Chariots on range to attack the turn after.

Ouch, you have just crippled him. Losing a city this early, plus if you can pillage a few tiles and force him to slave archers...eesh. Nice job...
