I copied it from the PB27 tech thread and struck out the mod related bits that don't seem to apply here. If there's anything else that isn't in accordance with whatever was discussed in the setup thread here let me know in the tech thread what to update in the rules.

Also...we need an admin for this game. Thanks to whoever volunteers.
