I appreciate that you are thinking things through. I don't want to discourage that. You might find a problem with a scenario before it launches, for instance.
As a general rule, though, I prefer to rule on fewer issues, where possible. Sometimes I've been wrong about what will or won't happen, about what will or won't come up during a game, but if so it can be dealt with along the way. Trying to answer every hypothetical up front, especially the most obscure and unlikely cases, is something I prefer to avoid. If something like this actually comes up during a game, though, you can always email or PM the game sponsor.
