And what point are you suddenly complaining about now? I don't think Scooter has told them of BbB, and even if he did say we're close, there's close and on the same "landmass" close. I don't even think they can see cultural leakage when zoomed out. And by no temptations, a screen and a couple of axes in a loose zone defence orientation would do fine.

Reading the dossier on civplayers it sounds like they only had the equivalent of 4 axes t 92 for their whole civ - so maybe the whipping is for defense rather than to throw at bbb. Is that what the rolleyes meant noble?

They know about Brick by Brick - they moved their scouting warrior next to the city borders (with the mountain) last turn then moved back, probably after seeing our axe.

We should be skeptical of CivPlayers, since they have some talented players on their roster. At the same time, we don't want to be paranoid either. This is a team of Multiplayer guys who are used to playing Always War or Can't Talk Or Negotiate rules. They aren't used to doing much written diplomacy. I'd suggest chasing them up with another message to remind them that we'd like to negotiate a more solid agreement, but I don't think we need to dial up the threat meter to full just yet.

I agree here. However, I think we should be very direct and let them know that the delayed response is making us wary and is more apt to force us to plant a defensive city that we would prefer to not have to do, as this would cause both our civs problems. Or, find some other way to convey that the lack of communication in this circumstance could lead to a misunderstanding that could mutually harm our civs.
Not entirely separate, how long until they get our graphs? Seeing that we're not exactly paper tigers could be what they're waiting for before making any diplo agreements.

They should have our graphs now, putting 10+10+12+12 EPs on us. If they continue like that we can just about forgetting putting EPs on them.

They'll probably grab research visibility on us, because, why not?
I have to run.

I don't suppose trading graphs with another civ is illegal? If CivPlayers wants to spend all of their EPs against us maybe we can get a look at their numbers every now and then from team .de or WPC or someone with graphs visibility. This is assuming the mod isn't already going to leak us enough information to keep us informed of their power levels.

04d. Sharing of Map Images – Map images / screenshots cannot be shared outside of the game until it is possible to share maps in-game.
The mod only shows graphs for those team that we get graphs on in-game, so no leakage there.
I'm pretty sure we won't get graphs on them until we can get more than a few courthouses up, and by then I expect the utility of APTmod data will be severely diminished due to data point interpolation.
