When i saw the picture i was tempted to ask him if he has gone completly mad. It will be interesting to read Sullla/Speakers comment about it once they realize Jowy built the GW while at war with them.

I little prediciton for the near future:
I can see Spulla warring at Jowy and doing well. Cats are going to give them odds everywhere. I can see Dantski being attacked by Nakmoc soon too - they have already said this will be the case. I don't understand what Whosit is going to do - I can't see him sitting there with all those praets and doing nothing with them... Maybe he will sail them over to Inca only to unload them in the wrong place! Whosit - joking if you ever read this!
If i were whosit I would sail my praets home and build up my economy - and sack Seoul on T150!

Especially in the city that will be attacked and captured. Best for him is that Spulla capture it before he finished the GW, Spulla doesn't need the extra GGs, they are winning enough of them right now 
I don't understand why they (all the Cow members) are not building spears, they would have done much, much better initially with 3 spears in each stacks instead of 0-1.
And now, if Spulla attack out of nowhere with 10 HAs, just having 5 spears would in Sparta would save him instead of building GW or phalanks.
Worst of it, Jowy is 4t away from cats, but he is not Spullla, cats will come to late as I don't think his (non existing) army will hold that long....
EXCEPT if Whosit gives him his preat (which he was considering)

IMHO Whosit is making the exact same mistake many other AGG Rome players tend to do: attacking at too many fronts means attacking nothing at all. He wants to go after Dantski and slaze while he hasn't even finished off Korea or weakened Spullla. In his next war he's probably going to fight through a wall of Longbows...

If he doesn't decide what to do soon he will end up like Roman Empire IRL.
1) Build more army than you can afford.
2) Overexpand empire in futile and unprofitable military struggles.
3) Economy crumbles due to mismanagement and cost of expansion.
4) Borders collapse in on themselves with visceral enemies baying for destruction.
Slightly extreme case, but it could happen if he isn't more sensible!

That's kinda over simplifying it.
Also, I don't see Whosit importing young boys to his party island so they can bite his nude body so I don't thik its quite that bad yet.

Yeah, Whosit doesn't seem to like to stick with one plan. I think he should probably try to wipe out the Koreans (or at least drive them off the main continent, since their relationship is about as bad as it can get already), then tech up and attack the Incans. Attacking Spullla/Dantski really won't do anything for him at the moment aside from satisfying some revanchism.
