Well I hope it's not on our border somehow.

Nope, Apolyton's new city is not close to our borders.
The Germans generated another great general, WPC's war weariness is up to 182 (was 145 last turn), and look at this power graph:
Ie, I think the Germans pretty much knocked out WPC from this war this turn - I think WPC suffered a 100k loss in power, and they're down to little more than 250k in power right now, and almost 130k of that comes from buildings, pop, and tech. The Germans suffered very little losses themselves.

Who's Maximo? CFC? Looks like they took a big hit.
And correct me if I'm wrong, but that apparent drop in Minimo is from SpanAP getting knocked out the next turn and the next lowest team takings their place as Minimo?

Maximo and Minimo are averages of.. something. They're not actual Civs. :-)

...also, how is it that we lost graphs on CFC? Did they start spending points on us again?

That's how I read it.

I assume CFC is Maximo since they've had the second largest military since they invaded the Spanish.

We still have graphs on CFC, I just chose to not show them (and CivFr), since it was WPC and the Germans that were of interest.
CFC took some hits when CivFr burned one of their captured cities, and was the rival best (maximo) as of last turn. The rival worst (minimo) gets that peak when the Spanish were knocked out, and it switched to some other team (one of CivPlayers, Apolyton, or Univers).

Ah, so you can uncheck a box saying "show Team CFC", instead of us straight up lacking access to CFC's graphs.
But what a shame, wish we had some casus belli to say, start the fireworks early
