Why, to gain one grassland? The payback horizon on the lost granary, forge, settler and population will be long... As it is it just needs a lighthouse and can actually be a net gain to the empire.
I have to run.

Eh, yeah, keeping it isn't really any worse than 1W. The forge is nice to have.

That's what I'm talkin bout M. Bison!
The other reason for keeping it is that we're already maxed out on NumCities maintenance, so it's actually no cost to us while it's in revolt, and when it comes out as novice mentions, it will probably be a net positive.

Okay then
We did dump 2 knights onto Apathy Island this turn. He does have 2 longbows (and a sword) in Redstone 3 and one in Meinhoff. So it's possible that he may try to do something crazy and throw them all at that mini stack. If he does that then I think we could probably amphibiously take Redstone and kill the LB out of Meinhoff.
Even the C1 Sword is attacking at 6.6 vs. 13 (0.94% odds), so I doubt he does that.
The moused over units were loaded this turn onto 3 galleys inside Guido Sarducci. So they can move 2S next turn and onload onto the tile where the knights are this turn. If nothing else happens, I think we will likely take Meinhoff next turn and Redstone the turn after that.
After all we do need to keep our cities taken / war turns ratio over 1, doncha know!!!
After taking this picture I did move the 2 triremes east and he has an archer in Tiny Elvis and a GG longbow the tile 1S of it (I assume he moved the longbow out so he could attach the general, though again, why he didn't just attach it in the city, give both units 10XP and the archer a free upgrade I do not know)

Okay I queued up things and moved our workers around and finished the turn. I saved quite a bit by shuffling tiles and moving our units into our cities / lands (to cut down unit supply). We moved from +148gpt at max tax to +171 by the time I was done
I actually put science to breakeven (40%, -9gpt) so if Scooter logs in, he can't see how much gpt we have. If he logs in and accepts or rejects our Education trade, we should log back in and drop down to max tax. I have not ended turn yet but we can whenever we want. I will be away from the keyboard from about 9a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow.

A few other notes:
I set Blues Brothers to grow another size or 2. It's only growing onto 2/0/2 coast, but getting to size 11 will get us another commerce on each of the trade routes (if I understand things correctly)
I counted our villages and towns, and we have 30 that I counted - in case we need to properly weight Printing Press.
I took a town from Celebrity Jeopardy and gave it to More Cowbell (which is then working coast)

Finishing up the turn since we're the last ones. I thought we did everything but I'll take a peek and make sure micro & such looks good
Edit: Rolled the turn and Nakor now has Printing Press. how about we trade him Gunpowder + 250g for PP?
Also, our breakeven bpt is up to 200 now

The only tricky part of that is if both of our trades go through (we have a pending 501g expenditure to Scooter for Education), then we won't have enough cash to cover that.
Also, Nakor is trading Commodore iron (was I wrong about Commodore having his iron hooked up?) and the freakin twerp is trading iron to yuri for 12gpt. We may have to declare war on him again

I'll report a bit on our taking of Yuri's city, and my in doing so, but scooter just logged in and accepted our trade of 501g for Education
