Wait. This exploit was closed by RB Mod right?
Yeah, it was. IIRC we can't get failgold if we build the wonder, but i'm unclear if we can get multiple cities' failgold if another civ builds it.
I think its likely other civs have it half finished waiting for someone else to build it- why else would it be around this late?

Rbmod only gives the fact that someone built it to one city per Civ.
I.e. if you build it you can't get any faulgold, if someone else foes you get one cities worth.

In that case I think we should slow build it in Sid's Sushi. We either get fail gold, or we add it to our great person city
(After we build the forge, that is)

I jumped in and made some obvious moves, plus the moves for our first two missionaries, but haven't finished the turn yet.

Looks like Serdoa (re)captured a city from Brick...

Jumped in and finished turn. Largely played according to the plan. The two workers at Taco Bell were my only hesitation.
I decided to put 1 turn into a farm S-SW of TB - that worker can start roading the wine next turn.
The other worker started a road to connect TB to TGIF.

So I logged in to take a look around before the turn rolls (only Azza left to play). I was greeted by this:
No trace of any of his units anywhere, so I'm not sure when/where we met him, but I accepted this. I checked this to see if Xenu is at war with anyone:
Nope. Also, I think I'm in favor of sending a wine at Serdoa pretty soon for his marble:
Quick Parthenon pretty soon? Not an incredible wonder or anything, but solid enough. Or we could try for his stone first since I think Great Wall is slightly preferable. Slow-building either one in Sid's would be just fine with me, FWIW. Two overview shots of our land:
It all looks good to me. Sorry for all the signs, I wish there was a way to shut them off temporarily without also shutting off all the other things that are worth seeing.

Serdoa having two marble means he recaptured that former xenu city from Brick, then.

The more i think about it, i don't think we should touch The Great Wall.
Why has it remained unbuilt for so long? I think it's because the civs with stone have sunk hammers into it, waiting for someone else to build it and collect failgold. I'm not sure 2GP/turn is worth potentially giving our opponents such a windfall - but i think i can also be talked into it if someone thinks a potential spy is worth it.
I do like Parthenon. Except it won't be until t160 or so until we get Aesthetics (i was thinking we go for CoL after MC, to open up a Civil Service bulb should we land a GM. But marble will also help with building NE, so i think we make that trade post-MC or when we're ready to use it
