THANKS BRO.

Fishing takes 4t right now. Pottery should take 6t after that. Mysticism takes 5t right now.

What. The fuck.

That’s shit for us and even worse with SD being forced to settle towards us to get his. Double whammy. Suddenly glad we didn’t go with keshiks. I can’t imagine we’ll be settling those horses for maybe 5-6 cities. Does this mean there are fish in the fog??? I can’t imagine the horses there without something... like it can’t be THAT bad.

Axes and spears.

Its ok guys, we already had our citizens eating silk on the east coast, we can have our citizens on the west coast eat a giant plate of cumin.

OK I finished up 37 and played 38:

I made the executive decision to start fishing>pottery>myst. We don't need a monument right away and our traits find pottery to be the most important and we gain the largest benefit from gettingttign it as early as possible. So fishing first.

Settler is on the worker, we won't get the road completed in time, 1t short. It's fine, our micro changed due to bear and we'll have to deal.

Speaking of, here's the bear. it's at .5 health so the scout SHOULD kill it with ease.

Our warrior has uncovered wine and more ocean, no more food yet. I think warrior can either go East or back to the copper city. I don't feel a lot of danger here at the moment though with the scout to our west.

At core:

Cap is growing on deer and wheat. Ragga on ivory and corn. Sheep pasture has started. Cap will take 4t to grow to 3, no way to speed it up. I still feel good about whipping the worker next turn.

Quick Edit: You can see that Noble has been obsessively following Ami's scout...

Not much happened this turn. New warrior is going to look for seafood by horses. scout and other warrior are exploring. Settler has moved to city site.

I missed optimal play this turn by not stopping the worker road SE of the cow and moving him to the cow to start a road there instead. If I had I could have used the worker that I just whipped to compete his road and complete the full road to the copper city before it settles next turn thereby giving us TRs. Instead we lose 2C because we can't finish the road in time. The hairline between good and great play.

Actually I think we lose 2c + 1f2h (one turn of improved cow).
