Same knight? That is actually like the dice rolling, it bouncing in the toilet, it landing on poop that was left sitting in the toilet, and it rolling a 1. My basic math says odds of that happening were .00011424 . I'm not sure were are in Finturist vs super spear, but its certainly bad.

Eh, it was weird but I kept fighting other things in between the knight coming out on top and I won enough stuff that I wasn't really UNLUCKY either. Any specific outcome is very unlikely, just annoying at the end there.

There's a chance to retake the isthmus, going to be very painful still.

It really wasn't just the spear - it was a whole sequence of events, starting here. The original Super Spear turn was this one, with the next turn's continuation in the following post. The summary of the way it affected their game is here, and the final odds calculation for just that one spear and the one archer left in a last city when the spear moved out is here.

Yeah; that was an utterly crazy game ... as is this one! The knight might not be up to Leonidas standards, but the die rolls and tactics alike here make for a great and suspenseful read. Thanks (as usual!) for the great reports, Commodore!
