Shoot the Moon also killed the Great Merchant that they got from GLH.

Tragically, we lost our Trade Routes with darrell when we declared war on nospace. The rule is that we didn't have to have OB with them but we can't be at war.
And with the settling of our city of Commodore we dropped down to 16gpt at max gold

Oh and thread spamming because who do you think you're dealing with anyways? Nospace got Confucianism and circumnavigation this turn.

And I believe we determined that nospace's opening the save tomorrow will rate somewhere between 0.5-0.6 regoarrarrs

Well, there's been a fascinating few days while I've been offline.
Nice job on seeing the GM killed and whatnot! Good way to slow them down a bit.
Shame about HG, the strict turn order is just part of PBEMs.

I sent an email to nospace
Quote:Hi guys,
So.... err.... uh.... how's it going? :-)
I'm not going to sit around and talk to you about how I was "bullied into" this, or "just going along", although there's some truth to both of those. Of course there's probably enough truth that I was at least a semi-willing participant as well, so it kind of all evens out from that perspective.
I don't know if any of the other players have sent anything to you, or what they've said, but at least from the Incan perspective, I don't expect this to be any kind of long-term death match. Frankly, I think that of the 4 of us, we probably got the shortest end of the stick. Not a whole lot of benefit, plus we lost all our foreign trade routes, and the gpt you were sending, as well as we've kind of had to write off our workboat since I assume you'll probably kill it.
I think it's definitely true with Expansive India, circumnavigation, GLH and the Pyramids, that you were in a near-winning position already had things continued along in builder mode. Sure, there are plenty of other strong players in this game, and HG-fueled Kyan is looking strong also, so you could argue that the punishment did not fit the crime, and that dogpiling you just lets someone else be the top dog, who has to get dogpiled, who lets someone else be the top dog, etc. etc.
Anyways, this is kind of a lot of rambling, but I did want to at least send something. I understand if you're angry with me / us and don't want to respond right now

Finally met Kyan and we played T64. My GNP stinks.
It's 76, with rival best 167, average 127 and worst 105
Additionally we're the only civ without Currency (we're limping there and it will probably be another ~5 turns).
I guess this will help some
Now I know GNP is not the end-all be-all, but we're 4th in cities (we have 8, nospace has 11, and darrell and Kyan both have 10 I think - Shoot has 6 or 7). We do have 2 settlers - one that can found whenever we want and a second heading to the center of the world
So our exploring galleys have found an interesting thing. At first I was sure it was someone else's "arm" but now I'm not sure. I know it's not nospace's because we can see theirs to our NE. Darrell said it wasn't his, and from the pictures shoot gave us it's not his either. And it doesn't seem to make sense that it would be Kyan's
So maybe it's similar to "Mackoti Island", in which case we definitely want to claim the land ASAP.

Sent this to Kyan
Quote:Hey question for you -
So I see your borders in the attached pic off my western coast. This is your jungle arm, and as you can see I'm sending a WB up to the center of the earth.
In order for me to get trade routes with you, every coast along both of our jungle arms needs to be either defogged by me or in your cultural control. I was wondering how far your cultural control extends north from those borders. I plan to go NW next turn, and then if I have to detour SW to defog I will, otherwise I'd prefer to head north towards the center spot (there's also one tile between here and the center on your side that I need to defog)
Let me know

Turn 66 back and around. Apparently nospace razed one of darrell's cities with an amphibious chariot.
We spread Judaism into Pindicator and things looking good for Moai
I also hired 2 scientists (in addition to the engineer) in plako - we're currently at 11 GPP/t, and also 11t till the next GP, which I assume would be maybe 40-40-20 for eng/sci/prophet (we'll know more as we get more GPs). Or I guess we'd know more if I felt like figuring out the odds.
You can also see that we a) got trade routes to Kyan (and probably StM and darrell) and b) I turned science on and we'll get Currency in 3t
We're up from +14 to +26 in gpt at max gold, and with Currency, we should add another 3* numcities or 27-30 gpt depending on how many cities we have by then. Just in time to found a city halfway around the world and crash our economy (again)
