I'd wondered that myself, but per his most recent post they won't. I wouldn't be surprised at this point if their next war is against HRE - the previously-mentioned raiding campaign.

I don't know why Spulla isn't at least considering going against KAthlete. They planned to run over their opponents when they hit guilds. If they don't want the increased costs, they can pillage/ raze, knocking Kathlete down a few pegs. In a while they can go back and settle/recapture if they need to.

I'm surprised that Spullla is not considering using the threat of a 2-front war to wring the two Jowy cities out of kathlete.

I guess this explains why they plan on stopping with Greece, although tbh I think the odds of a long, grueling war are pretty low.

It could be costly. Athlete can whip a lot of longbows.
I have to run.

I think they will attack Kathlete's two gifted cities in a quick blitzkrieg before they can respond and then they will say something like:

"We were offended by the gifting of these cities by Jowy and are still considered greek to our generals. As such we are taking them as our rightful spoils of conquest. You now have a choice, accept this and make peace or seal your destruction in a two front war!"

That's my guess anyway
"You want to take my city of Troll%ng? Go ahead and try."

Please just end this game already. Not that I don't enjoy watching, but it doesn't need to be needlessly prolonged.

Or do others think it's not possible from their current position? The map doesn't appear to have all that much land.

Speaker's line was merely to say "We're going to burn those offending cities down" without actually saying that.

A bit late to realize that.

Had they started to help Rome immediatly Whosit wouldn't have lost his Horsecity.

Which shows how canny India's policy of keeping HRE guessing by not signing the NAP which meant they always felt they might be attacked and so they never commited to helping Rome.

Speaking of which, there were a lot of damage macemen and other stuff in Korea's stack, if Whoisit had forces positioned well he could probably have almost wipped out that stack after it took the city and at least reduced the pressure on that front.
