AGG has 25% city maintenance reduction in the change log, but only 20% in game

Change log miss on my part, it was implemented after PB71. I'll edit it now.
Current games (All): RtR: PB80 Civ 6: PBEM23

Ended games (Selection): BTS games: PB1, PB3, PBEM2, PBEM4, PBEM5B, PBEM50. RB mod games: PB5, PB15, PB27, PB37, PB42, PB46, PB71. FFH games: PBEMVII, PBEMXII. Civ 6:  PBEM22 Games ded lurked: PB18

Were the shrines for Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism enabled for classical era games when they were moved to classical techs? (Change log still says they are not buildable)

Can the naval promotion changes get added to the change log?

I did try this on the previous version of the mod (.3 or .4) and it allowed me to do so. (WB a Holy City and then a placed Prophet had the option to build the Jewism Shrine.)
