Okay - so we still need one more. I listed the basic settings in the post above so you know the basics of what the game is - but once we get our final player then we can finalize all the settings and such.

Even the ones that are marked as "decided" are still somewhat up for grabs - they're listed just to give the basic gist of things.

Why? Maybe it could be? Personally, i have no preference.

PBEM is *much* simpler for rules.
Pitboss is quicker and a lot easier for me to play in quick order.
