Well with 6 we can play 2x2x2 or 3x3

Either way is awesome at this point!

Although if it's 3x3 or 4x4 it could be this game that makes a valid point to go normal speed instead of quick

You could go with unrestricted leaders and allow a team of experienced lurkers to pick out combos for everyone to chose from wink

We were brainstorming ideas, and it occurred to us we probably want to ban a few things:

1. Auric
2. Flauros (sigh)
3. Varn
4. Double Orcs (?)
5. Dragon (with any Orcs)

Also, I assume since this is a team game its AW, right?

but yes Auric would be powerful with a religious ally. Or any ally.

Is flauros really that much worse then any of the other Calabim leaders when it is a team game? I thought Decius would be the worst if the partner does the teching for him.

Varn is a good fast techer i guess...

Double Orcs? What is so over powered about that? Sure they could get obscene amounts of troops into the game but they still need to use them well and they start with little xp.

Dragon? oh you mean ban Archeon. Yeah he seems to get banned every game now anyway.

Illians are so awesome in a team game because of stasis. It doesn't affect other members of the team, so it's a massive advantage.

You guys should also play compact enforced.

With 6 players a 3vs 3 sounds good to me.

Always war
Restricted leaders, all allowed
Allow duplicate civs/leaders (but not on the same team)
Speed normal/quick
No Acheron
No Orthus
Barbs: no preference
Compact Enforced
No OO or AV
Map: Not sure, something fun.
Difficulty: no real preference, but if barbs are on then at least Emperor.
Teams: Either random or according to turn order (turn order gets decided based on playing time, then the teams alternate 1/2/1/2/1/2) to keep the game moving.
