Also I'm not supposed to notice, but Pindicator also did not settle on T0 (since his score was also 11).

And does anybody have a better way to handle saves in a duel than emailing the saves all around? Seems like some sort of shared dropbox folder should work

Tatan and I have just been emailing - we do run into problems where we are both waiting and one of us hasn't sent it or something has glitched in a mail server, so a tracker isn't honestly a terrible idea.

Pretty boring - we've played a few turns. I chatted with Pindicator and I think that he settled on the other plains hill.

I teched Agriculture this turn (T4). He also discovered a tech, which was probably Hunting since he has the pigs in his BFC. But I'm not checking soldier count to check

I've done a ton of duels and it's such second-nature at this point to me to just reply in gmail and attach the save. When you blitz it'll auto-open to the save folder anyways, so it's so quick and easy. I keep my gmail tab open all the time, so it's not like I need to login.

A shared dropbox folder could potentially automate it the sending a bit better, but you still need a way to be notified that the save has arrived. Dropbox does let you know when a file/folder has been updated, but it's a really easy notification to miss, whereas an email tends to be quicker to notify you (especially if you use a smartphone). So basically, I still prefer emailing back and forth.

Pindicator discovered a 2nd tech on T8 (likely either Agriculture or The Wheel), while I went right into Bronze Working.

Sweet, I'm curious to see how well the map plays for 2.

One comment - I'd have probably done Tiny size as that better fits the dimensions of the map. (Similarly, for 5, I'd do Standard size, not Small.)

Good to know. We (intentionally) didn't really put a whole lot of effort into the setup so we'll see how it goes.
